Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove the Front Floor Console Extension Replacement - left side. Refer to Front Floor Console Extension Replacement - Left Side .
2. Remove the heater inlet hose from the heater core tube. Refer to Heater Inlet Hose Replacement .
3. Remove the Heater Water Shutoff Valve Inlet Hose. Refer to Heater Water Shutoff Valve Inlet Hose Replacement .
4. Remove the heater inlet tube. Refer to Heater Core Inlet Tube Replacement
5. Remove the heater outlet tube. Refer to Heater Core Outlet Tube Replacement

Heater Core Bracket Fastener

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
1.4 N·m (12.4 lb in)
