Oil Pump Suction Pipe and Screen Assembly Installation

1. Remove the sump. Refer to Sump Replacement : Manual Gearbox D33 → Automatic Transmission 6T45 .



2. Remove the oil pump suction pipe bolts (1).

Note: Guarantee that no dirt contaminate the oil pump suction pipe.

3. Remove the oil pump suction pipe (2).

Note: Guarantee that no dirt contaminate the oil pump suction pipe.

1. Install the oil pump suction pipe (2).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

2. Install the oil pump suction pipe bolts (1) and tighten M8 to 35 N·m (26 lb ft) and M6 to 11 N·m (98 lb in).
3. Install the oil pan. Refer to Sump Replacement : Manual Gearbox D33 → Automatic Transmission 6T45 .
