Preliminary Procedures

1. Open the bonnet.
2. Disconnect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection
3. Remove fuel tank filler door. Refer to Fuel Tank Filler Door Replacement .
4. Drain fuel tank if necessary. If the fuel level is over half filled. Refer to Fuel Tank Draining .
5. Remove rear wheelhouse panel liner. Refer to Rear Wheelhouse Panel Liner Replacement .
6. Remove fuel tank filler pipe housing. Refer to Fuel Tank Filler Pipe Housing Replacement .
