Exhaust Manifold Removal

1. Remove the DPF. Refer to Exhaust Particulate Filter Removal .
2. Remove the turbocharger. Refer to Turbocharger Removal .
3. Remove the exhaust manifold heat shield. Refer to Exhaust Manifold Heat Shield Removal .
4. Remove the exhaust manifold mounting bolts (1).
5. Remove the exhaust manifold (2) and gasket (3).
