Thermostat Bypass Pipe Removal

1. Remove the DPF. Refer to Exhaust Particulate Filter Removal .
2. Remove the turbocharger oil return pipe. Refer to Turbocharger Oil Return Pipe Removal .
3. Remove the water pump coolant pipe assembly retaining bolts (1).
4. Remove the water pump coolant pipe assembly (2).
