Exhaust Manifold Heat Shield Installation

1. Install the exhaust manifold heat shield (2).

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

2. Install the exhaust manifold heat shield retaining bolts (1) and tighten to 10 N·m (88.5 lb in).
3. Install the turbocharger. Refer to Turbocharger Installation .
4. Install the DPF. Refer to Exhaust Particulate Filter Installation .
