Preliminary Procedure

1. Remove the steering column trim cover. Refer to Steering Column Trim Cover Replacement .
2. Remove the ignition lock cylinder bulb. Refer to Ignition Lock Cylinder Bulb Replacement .

Theft Deterrent Module Assembly

Procedure

1. Disconnect the electrical connectors.
2. Program the theft deterrent control module after replacement. Refer to Control Module References .
