Preliminary Procedure

Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement : Long Body  → Short Body .

Front Bumper Upper Fascia Screw (Qty: 8)

Caution : Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
2.5 N·m (22 lb in)

Front Bumper Upper Fascia Screw (Qty: 4)

Tighten
2.5 N·m (22 lb in)

Procedure

1. Carefully push a small nylon wedge between the lower fascia and the upper fascia.
2. Insert a small flat-bladed tool into the fascia slot and depress the tabs one at a time and pull on the upper fascia at the same time to gradually remove the upper fascia from the lower fascia.
3. Transfer parts as needed.
