Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the engine shield. Refer to Engine Shield Replacement .
2. Remove the front fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement : Long Body  → Short Body .

Charge Air Cooler Inlet Duct Fastener (Qty: 2)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
11 N·m (8 lb ft)

Charge Air Cooler Inlet Duct Clamp

Tighten
10 N·m (89 lb in)

Charge Air Cooler Inlet Duct
