Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Drive Belt Replacement .
2. Remove the engine mount. Refer to Engine Mount Replacement - Right Side .
3. Remove the starter. Refer to Starter Replacement : LNQ  → LF1  → LE5 .

Crankshaft Pulley Bolt

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Procedure

1. Install EN-50432 Flywheel Fixing Adapter through the starter opening and ensure it is fully engaged into the flexplate.
2. Using EN-50435 Crankshaft Pulley Bolt Remover , remove the crankshaft pulley bolt.
